ICON Wins Silver And Bronze Stevie® Awards
in 2021 International Business Awards®


1st of September 2021, Prague, Czech Republic – ICON Communication Centres s.r.o., a Prague-based multilingual BPO and call centre, was named the winner of Silver and Bronze Stevie® Awards in the categories of Business-to-Business Services (Silver Award) and Corporate Social Responsibility (Bronze Award) in the 18th Annual International Stevie Business Awards® today. The International Business Awards® are the world’s premier business awards program. In 2021, it received over 3,700 nominations from businesses in 63 nations and territories.
ICON’s Silver Award recognised a B2B tactical sales and account management campaign that added value to the client’s revenue stream whilst maximising customer experience despite the downturn in the travel industry. The judging panel noted, “This is really impressive and goes to show how putting the customer first and making time for their needs is a win-win for everyone. Congratulations on keeping an abundance mentality during this time. Especially in sales, this can be daunting when it feels like the odds (or COVID) is stacked against you.”

The Bronze Award recognised ICON’s continuing commitment to the Klokanek Children’s Home. The video submission shared the challenges faced by the foster care organisation and the difference ICON donations make to its operations. “One of those films where you don’t need gimmicks, captions et cetera, just let the story tell itself – the humane service of ICON for the children in crisis,” remarked the judging panel.

Stevie Award winners are determined by the average scores of more than 260 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process from June through early August.
“What we’ve seen in this year’s IBA nominations is that organisations around the world, in every sector, have continued to innovate and succeed, despite the setbacks, obstacles and tragedies of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic,” said Stevie Awards president Maggie Gallagher.
