ICON Respects Data Protection By Becoming
A 2022 Data Protection Day Champion

28th of January 2022, Prague, Czech Republic – ICON Communication Centres s.r.o. (ICON), a Prague-based multilingual BPO and call centre, announces its commitment to Data Protection Day by registering as a Champion with As a Champion, ICON recognises and supports the principle that all organisations share the responsibility of being conscientious stewards of personal information.

Data Protection Day generates awareness about the importance of privacy, highlights simple ways to protect personal information and reminds organisations that respecting privacy is good for business. This year, ICON encourages businesses to respect customer data and learn about their responsibility to keep individuals’ personal information safe from unauthorised access and ensure fair, relevant, and legitimate data collection and processing.

ICON partners with privacy and data protection focused third parties to align with global data protection environments and legislative responsibilities. The business’ data protection framework is secured through numerous processes, including data security tests, PCI compliance, Clean Desk and Clean Screen Audits, Remote Work Security Audits, and phishing penetration tests.
