ICON Wins Bronze Award
At 2022
Stevie® Awards for Sales And Customer Service


7th of March 2022, Prague, Czech Republic – ICON Communication Centres s.r.o. (ICON), a Prague-based multilingual BPO and call centre, was named the winner of the Bronze Stevie Award in the category of Business Development Achievement of the Year – Services Industries in the 16th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

ICON’s Bronze Award recognised its management of sales and account management functions for a client in the manufacturing sector with operations in 11 markets across Europe and the Middle East. As a supplier of outsourced B2B solutions, the judging panel noted ICON’s success in optimising its client’s business, specifically, the savings and recovery of over €112,000 across HR, logistics, and process improvements.

The judging panel noted, “ICON has been successful in optimising cost for their customer and ensuring savings. They have effectively plugged loopholes by utilising experience in their domain. More than 2,300 nominations from organisations in 51 nations were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide on eight specialised judging committees. Previously, ICON won silver and bronze awards at the Stevie’s International Business Awards in 2021.
