ICON Receives Finalist Nominations In Three European Contact Centre And Customer Service Awards 2021 Categories
PRAGUE, Czech Republic – Monday 23rd August 2021 – ICON Communication Centres s.r.o. (ICON) is shortlisted for three awards at the prestigious 2021 European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA). The Prague-based contact centre is a finalist in the categories of Contact Centre of the Year, Best Multilingual Contact Centre, and Best Outsourcing Partnership. ICON is a multiple ECCCSA award-winning contact centre, having previously received Gold and Bronze Awards.
