ICON is looking for a new Business Unit Leader to support our growing business. Your role will be managing clients, people and projects, supervising team members, coordinating work schedules, conducting business meetings, monitoring KPIs, and providing mentoring as needed. You will work with key stakeholders to ensure the best possible ROI for all.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop client partnerships
  • Provide inspired leadership and motivate your team
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
  • Develop, implement, create and improve operational policies and procedures
  • Deliver strong ROI both for the business and client
  • Oversee, budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
  •  Manage shift planning
  •  Collect, summarise and analyse data trends and present findings
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, and prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews to the client
  • Assist HR with recruiting when necessary
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
  • Work with senior stakeholders and plan for short and long-term goals
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
  • Conduct staff performance reviews and support improvement and growth

Your Profile

  • 1-year experience in management, operations, and leadership
  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including ROI, profit and loss
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, clients and employees
  • Knowledge of programme and project management methods and principles
  • Exceptional leadership and organisational skills
  • Understanding of performance evaluation principles
  • Proficiency using CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint and other various management tools
  • Ability to manage a team and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
