Our client for this project is a leading provider of communications services connecting consumers and businesses through cloud-connected devices worldwide. They provide a robust suite of feature-rich business communication solutions that offer flexibility, portability, and ease of use for both landline and mobile phones. Your role is to provide a steady supply of high-quality leads for the client using their data and desktop research skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Generation of appointments for delivery to the client’s field sales team
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with leads and the field sales team
  • Update and manage CRM software with lead data
  • Focus on continually achieving and exceeding targets

Lead Generation Skills

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Able to articulate and demonstrate the features and benefits of the client’s product
  • Become a Vonage product expert

Key Competencies

  • Native-level English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage 
  • Ability to develop and build rapport quickly with targeted prospects
  • Self-motivated, team player that shares insight and knowledge
  • Able to demonstrate Vonage’s product via the telephone and virtual mediums
  • Articulate the product benefits and commercial aspects of the Vonage solution
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Full-time employment (12-month contract including a 3-month probationary period)
