ICON’s parent company, yoummday are on the lookout for a new coach with fluent German to support growing teams and help drive business growth. As a coach, you will accompany training groups with up to 25 self-employed call centre agents, which we call ‘talents’.  You will provide coaching for your group of talents from their first day at yoummday, to a long-term partnership on a new project for a globally known German airline. 

Who Is Yoummday?
yoummday is an online platform for motivated people (talents) with communication skills who want to work independently in customer care and sales.

ICON is a multilingual BPO and call centre, based in Prague, specialising in customer support, sales, account management, and technical support. We have an extensive pool of multilingual talent from operations to sales specialists that provide services to clients. 

Main Responsibilities

  • After the initial training, you will accompany the talents in the first stages of daily practice in customer service with demanding customers; laying the foundation for sustainable project success
  • You will act as a technical expert by supporting our talents with questions about the systems, content-related aspects, and communication techniques
  • By carrying out virtual side-by-side sessions, you will ensure a high level of quality and fulfilment of project requirements
  • Respond and support talents and gain insight into their individual learning characteristics
  • Work closely with the training and project managers and, if necessary, conduct refresher training with our talents in order to convert deficits into strengths in the long term
  • Analyse the coaching successes, recognise the content, and measure goals achieved to help generate a constant improvement process

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience as a trainer or coach in the customer service field – specifically within the aviation industry
  • Have been specifically trained within a large, well-known airline
  • Understand specific CRM systems such as GDS Amadeus, OneRes, Caspar, SAMBA 
  • Use innovative and creative methods and techniques to share and provide knowledge 
  • Native German level (C1+) and business English language skills
  • You work independently and reliably and love the motivating interaction with people 
  • You appear professional and self-confident, have excellent presentation skills and, above all, a healthy dose of humour
