Our client for this project is a leading provider of communications services connecting consumers and businesses through cloud-connected devices worldwide. They provide a robust suite of feature-rich  business communication solutions that offer flexibility, portability, and ease-of-use for both landline and mobile phones. Your role is to provide a steady supply of high-quality new business leads/opportunities for the client using their data and desktop research skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Generation of appointments for delivery to the client
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with leads and prospects
  • Update and manage CRM software with lead data
  • Focus on continually achieving and exceeding targets
  • Appointments made will be specifically focused on prospects interested in purchasing services from Vonage within the B2B market

Lead Generation Skills

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Able to articulate and demonstrate the features and benefits of the client’s product
  • Become a product expert
  • Be able to use an array of different tools to assist with driving pipeline

Key Competencies

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Ability to develop and build rapport quickly with targeted prospects
  • Experience with Lead IQ and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred
  • Competent understanding of CRMs, preferably Outreach & Salesforce
  • Self-motivated, team player that shares insight and knowledge

 Knowledge & Experience

  • Native-level English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Minimum 2 years of field, inside sales, or lead generation experience
