Our client is a leading provider of corporate and online discounts to customers for different products and services in several countries. TLC Marketing has collaborated with some of the biggest brands in the world, to help them increase their marketing effectiveness through specialised promotions. Your role is to contact and provide a steady supply of high-quality new business leads/opportunities for the client using their data and desktop research skills.

We are looking for a proactive and professional individual with a passion for qualifying and providing high-quality B2B opportunities. Having fantastic interpersonal skills, you will bring a laser level of focus and a solution-oriented approach, seeking to drive the quality of the B2B journey and constantly thinking about continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with high-level businesses and potential prospects within Russia
  • Generate appointments for the client
  • Update and manage CRM software with lead data
  • Focus on continually achieving and exceeding targets
  • Appointments made will be specifically focused on prospects interested in purchasing services from TLC within the B2B market

Lead Generation Skills

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Able to articulate and demonstrate the benefits of the client’s service
  • The ability to use different tools to assist with driving pipeline

Your Profile

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Ability to develop and build rapport quickly with targeted prospects
  • Experience with Lead IQ and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)
  • Competent understanding of CRMs
  • Self-motivated, team player that shares insight and knowledge
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats including presentations to audiences
  • High energy, growth mindset with a can-do attitude

Knowledge and Experience 

  • Native-level Russian language skills, both written and spoken
  • Pre-intermediate English language skills
  • Minimum 1 year of field, inside sales, or lead generation experience is an advantage
