Our Account Manager career is for the world’s leading online marketplace for the vacation rental industry. In fact, this is one of the most popular and accessible products we get to share - holidays. Our team talk to owners of properties and share in the excitement and pride they have for their own property; they consult with owners on how to best showcase their property, discussing its benefits, capacity, and surrounds.
Account managers are in charge of selling subscription-based solutions to owners looking to rent out their property to holidaymakers. But the role isn't just about selling, the other half of the responsibility is to and build long-term business relationships with the property owners themselves.
Each day Account Managers are responsible for all the inbound and outbound communication with prospective and existing customers. The position requires people who are great at organisation because it's necessary to document every contact with customers and prospects in the CRM system so we can track and measure successes. This career would suit people who have:
- great communication skills
- excellent client engagement strategies
- a passion for travel
- the ability to relate to a variety of people
- a keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task
- knowledge of sales and marketing would be beneficial.
