•    Review and update job descriptions for opening requisitions to ensure they communicate a compelling job posting for active candidates
•    Partner with operations managers, business unit directors and program leaders to determine effective sourcing strategies
•    Use passive search techniques to build a pipeline of talent
•    Constantly nurture passive candidate relationships
•    Create accurate job descriptions as well as effective and creative job postings for various sources
•    Schedule interviews for hiring managers, both onsite and remote
•    Perform initial phone screens for candidates in order to identify and present them to the hiring managers
•    Record and update databases
•    Assist with preparation of starter information
•    Send job offers
•    Answering telephones and dealing with general recruitment enquiries
•    Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing
•    Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers (Team Managers, Business Unit Directors, Utilitywise Prague clients etc.)
•    Participates in leading the social media communication strategy for different job profiles
•    Conducts job interviews
•    Organises Assessment Centres
•    Participates in project implementation
•    Reports to Utilitywise Prague Recruitment Manager


•    University degree in HR related discipline
•    Must be proficient in spoken and written English, other languages (Czech, German, French, Dutch) beneficial
•    A minimum 1 to 2 years recruitment related expertise- experience in full-cycle recruiting, especially passive recruiting
•    Understanding of recruitment policies and protocols
•    Experience in working with recruitment database (external/ internal) 
•    Proven ability to build candidate relationships, and build candidate interest in employer
•    General knowledge of employment law
•    Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
•    Ability to work independently and hold oneself to self-imposed deadlines
