Unfortunately, the ICON team missed out on the prize at the CCA Excellence Awardslast night at the Hilton Hotel in Glasgow. ICON was short-listed for 'Innovation in BPO – A partnership approach', however, the award was won by a partnership team of Capita and O2.

Representing ICON at the event was Mark Matthews (ICON's Site Director), as well as Chris Cabrera and Matt Heys from ICON's Vonage UK sales team. Ian Hamilton, Chris Jones, and Jeff Chapman from Vonage UK also attended.

Our entry was focussed on how we create a strong partnership with Vonage UK to provide a consultative sales approach that benefits their customers. It's recognising the 5-star customer service ICON delivers, whilst helping Vonage UK customers to choose the right product. ICON's approach, methodology, leadership, talent, and partnership, were recognised by CCA as industry leading and therefore we were proud to have made it onto the short-list.
